Governance and process changes focused on authorizations and communication protocols, requiring memos on all active work orders, a planning cadence to ensure one week of work is scheduled, and daily preparation for technicians. The rollout incorporated participation in service support meetings and trainings to align technicians, parts personnel, and warranty administrators to the DMS driven service and billing processes.
