The project supported physical relocation of the Rotterdam and Istanbul branch offices and coordinated first day support and ongoing end user support, and it assisted business leads in migrating branch offices from ISDN to SIP in preparation for SIP native capabilities such as presence. Governance changes centered on shifting basic telephony administration to automated workflows and a self service experience, with internal and external teams collaborating on cutover and first day support procedures. Explicit outcomes recorded include reduced basic telephony administration for end users and reduced call costs linked to the ISDN to SIP migration, while ongoing support and session manager administration remained part of the operational model.
