Architecture and operational coverage centered on Duck Creek OnDemand as the cloud service layer providing services, support, and computing resources while Cognizant managed implementation and integration activities. The implementation targeted personal lines underwriting, pricing, product management, agent distribution, and customer engagement workflows, with explicit emphasis on improving agent and customer interactions through tighter policy and rating integration.
Governance and process changes emphasized consolidation onto an evergreen platform and adoption of low code configuration to reduce time to market and increase product flexibility, with OnDemand taking day to day IT operations and application upgrades off Arbella's internal teams. Arbella articulated goals of advancing data analytics and integrating digital experiences to enable faster work on data, pricing, and products using Duck Creek Rating and the broader Duck Creek OnDemand suite.
