In 2024 Air Serbia signed a multi-year early renewal with Sabre and recommitted to continued deployment of SabreSonic as its core passenger service system. The agreement explicitly includes adoption of Sabre's Pricing and Revenue Optimization suite and Market Intelligence, integrating these capabilities into Air Serbia's Passenger Service Systems footprint to support revenue management and retailing.

The deployment emphasizes personalization and retailing capabilities that span the booking funnel through airport touchpoints, aligning pricing engines with merchandising and ancillary sales workflows.
Integrations are focused on embedding Sabre's Revenue Optimizer and Market Intelligence outputs into Air Serbia's network planning, revenue management and marketing decision processes, enabling more data driven inventory and network strategies. Operational coverage targets commercial functions across Revenue Management, Network Planning and Marketing, and extends to airport operations where SabreSonic handles customer processing from booking to boarding.
Governance for the rollout is positioned as a multi-year program tied to strategic decision making and advanced analytics, with the Head of Revenue Management cited on the initiative.
