In 2013, Airflite deployed Back40 Design Javelin CMS to manage content on its corporate website. The Back40 Design Javelin CMS provides Content Management capabilities for page composition, templating, media asset handling, and publishing workflows. Implementation scope was focused on website content management and editorial operations supporting marketing and communications functions. For a 13 person aerospace and defense company the deployment prioritized centralized content updates and streamlined authoring. The implementation configured content types, template driven page rendering, and roles and access controls to support routine updates, product pages, and service descriptions. Back40 Design Javelin CMS was used to standardize approval and publish workflows and to manage responsive templates and image assets across the site. Operational coverage is limited to the public website and editorial governance was oriented around the marketing and communications teams. Documentation and routine content publishing workflows were established to maintain site accuracy and update cadence.
