In 2022, Aju Food implemented NHN Commerce on its public website to establish an online storefront. NHN Commerce is the primary eCommerce application used by the 10 employee South Korea based distribution company, and the deployment is focused on customer-facing storefront and order capture workflows.
The NHN Commerce implementation was configured to support standard eCommerce functional modules including product catalog management, pricing and promotions, shopping cart and checkout flows, customer account management, and order management. Configuration emphasis for a small distribution operator centered on streamlined catalog publication and simplified checkout workflows to match the company operational scale.
Operationally the solution is hosted through the company website and drives online order intake, sales operations and customer service interactions, aligning digital storefront activity with day to day order processing. Governance and rollout were organized around a compact internal team, with NHN Commerce configured to support regular content updates and operational handoffs between sales and fulfillment functions.
