The implementation leveraged the Poplee Goals & Reviews capability inside Lucca Core HR to run the annual review campaign. Poplee Goals & Reviews delivered an ergonomic interface and a campaign progress dashboard that allowed the Human Resources Manager to identify at a glance who had completed interviews and who had not prepared them.
