Ramco ERP was adopted while the company operated a 3000 person workforce in the United Arab Emirates, and the implementation included active participation from engineering leadership who were key members in the program. The Ramco ERP deployment focused on core ERP Financial capabilities, including general ledger configuration, accounts payable and receivable workflows, cash management, fixed asset accounting, and structured financial reporting. Configuration emphasized cost center and project accounting to align finance ledgers with service disciplines such as MEP, Civil, Pest Control, Watertank Cleaning, Landscaping, and Texturised Paint, enabling contract-level visibility for the business function of finance supporting operations. Operational scope covered finance and the Engineering division, which managed more than 500 client contacts including Emarat, DEWA, DIFC, Nakheel, Three60, Dubai Sport City, IDAMA, Dubai Properties, DAMAC, and Engineering Office. The implementation supported financial processes for a team of approximately 200 engineering colleagues and for contract-based service delivery across multiple client accounts. Governance and process workstreams were established to standardize contract accounting, cost allocation, and month end financial reconciliation across engineering disciplines. Rollout activities were coordinated with division leaders who owned workflow changes and system adoption, focusing on centralized financial controls and consistent chart of accounts mapping to operational service lines. Separate from the system rollout, engineering division performance moved from a year to date net loss of AED 500000 in June 2016 to a net profit of AED 32000 in December 2016, achieved with existing manpower and contracts. Attrition in the Engineering division remained near zero and new contracts were won in March 2016, and the implementation team included key contributors from engineering who participated in the Ramco ERP program.
