SAP Legacy SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core HR HCM n/a 2015 2015
In 2015, Al Hamra implemented SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to establish a centralized Core HR system for its Ras Al Khaimah real estate and construction operations. The deployment positioned SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central as the authoritative HR record for employee master data and organizational structures used across HR operations and site management. The implementation included standard Core HR functional capabilities such as employee master data management, organizational management and workforce data modeling, with configuration focused on personnel data governance and role based access. SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central was configured to support core HR workflows and to integrate with on premise SAP modules already in use at Al Hamra, aligning data models and security for HR recordkeeping. Single sign on settings were configured between ECC, BI and the Portal, and the program of work included aligning identity and access flows so HR users could access HR profiles and BI reporting across systems. Day to day operations and governance emphasized centralized system monitoring and technical administration, including system log and ABAP dump analysis, background job scheduling and spool administration, JCmon driven J2EE engine service monitoring, database growth reporting and management of SPAM SAINT and JSPM updates. The IT operations scope covered EHP upgrades, instance profile tuning, operation mode management, transport handling and weekly and monthly reporting on database growth and live cache usage to sustain system stability.
