Governance workstream activity included standardizing HR processes and establishing a common configuration baseline across the three entities, defining role based access and tenant configuration patterns for the group, and sequencing cutover to align HCM go lives with the parallel ERP and SCM rollouts. The program structure reflects a multi-entity Oracle Fusion implementation model with EvoSys-led configuration and governance coordination. |
