The project team delivered the Oracle WebCenter Accounts Payable solution build, conducted internal and external demos, and managed performance utilities along with ongoing support on issues and enhancements.
Integration work included Oracle EBS integration, with explicit orchestration between WebCenter and EBS for transactional handoff and ledger interfacing. Operational coverage included onsite client engagement across the customer location and coordinated onsite and offshore delivery with cross functional teams in Engineering, Quality, Procurement and Execution to meet implementation objectives and prepare production readiness.
Governance followed an end to end project lifecycle management approach, with frequent client interactions to analyze functional and technical requirements, requirement signoff activities, and coordination between development, QA and support teams. The project concluded with a successful go live of the Oracle WebCenter Accounts Payable implementation for the finance department and received formal signoffs from the company, while post go live support and enhancement management were maintained through performance utilities and support processes.
