In 2022 Alden State Bank implemented Zelle Payments, deploying the Zelle Payments application into its Payment Processing environment to enable person to person transfers across the bank’s digital channels. The deployment focused on embedding Zelle Payments into the bank’s desktop and mobile digital banking interfaces and operational workflows used by front line staff and retail members.

Process restructuring reinforced consistent filing and logging practices, and aligned day to day loan servicing tasks with the Fiserv Premier Bank Platform operational model.
