Operational coverage included outlet level sales reporting, centralized reconciliation across OCBC, DBS, and UOB bank accounts, and the preparation of documentation for GTO audits. NAV handled reimbursement workflows for mall and bank vouchers and served as the system of record for reporting sales figures to landlords and reconciling outlet variances.
Governance and process changes formalized the collection of documents from all outlets and established PV and RV processing workflows for voucher reimbursements.
