| Oracle | Sage 500 ERP (formerly MAS 500) | Oracle Cloud ERP | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2015 | 2015 |
In 2015, Alex and Ani implemented Oracle Cloud ERP. The deployment targeted ERP Financial capabilities for the company's finance organization and replaced Sage 500 ERP formerly MAS 500.
Configuration work used Oracle Fusion R11 and R12 and leveraged Oracle Application Setup Manager for environment setup across all financial applications. Functional consultants ran conference room pilot sessions with business users to capture requirements and obtain sign-off, and completed unit and integrated testing of financial processes. Core configuration activities included creating payment process templates and profiles and defining approval rules through Oracle Business Process Management.
The implementation included setup of job roles and duty roles aligned to finance process segregation and operational responsibilities, with testing validating role based access and transaction flows. Conference room pilot driven requirement sign-off and integrated testing extended governance into the finance teams operating from Cranston Rhode Island. Oracle Cloud ERP was configured to centralize financial processing, payment orchestration, and application level controls within the ERP Financial environment.
Governance changes were formalized through BPM approval rule definitions and role based access control, with process changes captured during CRP sessions and transitioned into the system via Application Setup Manager. Project artifacts documented configuration, testing outcomes, and approval workflows to support ongoing finance operations on Oracle Cloud ERP.
