Oracle Sage 500 ERP (formerly MAS 500) Oracle Cloud ERP ERP Financial ERP n/a 2015 2015
In 2015, Alex and Ani implemented Oracle Cloud ERP. The deployment targeted ERP Financial capabilities for the company's finance organization and replaced Sage 500 ERP formerly MAS 500. Configuration work used Oracle Fusion R11 and R12 and leveraged Oracle Application Setup Manager for environment setup across all financial applications. Functional consultants ran conference room pilot sessions with business users to capture requirements and obtain sign-off, and completed unit and integrated testing of financial processes. Core configuration activities included creating payment process templates and profiles and defining approval rules through Oracle Business Process Management. The implementation included setup of job roles and duty roles aligned to finance process segregation and operational responsibilities, with testing validating role based access and transaction flows. Conference room pilot driven requirement sign-off and integrated testing extended governance into the finance teams operating from Cranston Rhode Island. Oracle Cloud ERP was configured to centralize financial processing, payment orchestration, and application level controls within the ERP Financial environment. Governance changes were formalized through BPM approval rule definitions and role based access control, with process changes captured during CRP sessions and transitioned into the system via Application Setup Manager. Project artifacts documented configuration, testing outcomes, and approval workflows to support ongoing finance operations on Oracle Cloud ERP.

Oracle Legacy Oracle MICROS Retail Xstore Point-of-Service Point Of Sale ERP Services and Operations n/a 2015 2015
In 2015, Alex and Ani deployed Oracle MICROS Retail Xstore Point-of-Service as part of a coordinated upgrade to its retail systems, aligning point of sale capabilities with merchandising, planning, and warehouse management under the Oracle Retail suite. The initiative targeted modernization of behind the scenes processes to better support in-store and online engagement for the 1500 employee specialty retailer. The implementation delivered Oracle Retail merchandising, planning, point of service, and warehouse management solutions, with Oracle MICROS Retail Xstore Point-of-Service serving as the Point Of Sale front end. Configuration emphasized checkout workflows, item and price maintenance, store-level inventory visibility, and retail transaction processing, while aligning merchandising assortments and planning windows to POS sales data. Operationally the integrated Oracle Retail suite linked store operations, merchandising, supply chain, and e-commerce workflows, enabling inventory visibility and replenishment orchestration between stores and distribution. Integration points focused on sharing sales and inventory figures across merchandising and warehouse management modules to support omnichannel order capture and fulfillment, and to provide a unified data model for retail planning and execution.
