In 2010 Alex Brands implemented Sage Pro ERP as its core ERP Financial application to centralize finance operations. Sage Pro ERP is used to support accounts receivable and broader financial workflows, and the deployment emphasized monitoring overdue accounts as a primary use case. The implementation leverages standard ERP Financial capabilities including general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable processing to support corporate accounting and collections functions.
Operationally the environment includes two separate ERP systems, Sage and Oracle, creating a multi-ERP architecture that coexists across the finance organization and necessitates cross-system reconciliation of aging and ledger data. Governance and process workstreams were organized around finance and accounting teams, with standardized collections workflows and month-end coordination to manage overdue accounts across both systems. The narrative reflects an enterprise accounting footprint consistent with a mid-market consumer packaged goods firm using Sage Pro ERP for core ERP Financial control and accounts receivable monitoring.

In 2020, Alex Brands implemented Microsoft 365 as its principal Collaboration platform. The deployment was scoped to support a 225-employee consumer packaged goods firm headquartered in the United States and intended to centralize productivity and communications across the organization.
The Microsoft 365 implementation delivered core Collaboration capabilities including Exchange Online for corporate email, Microsoft Teams for messaging and meetings, SharePoint Online for intranet and document management, OneDrive for personal file synchronization, and Office desktop and web applications for content creation and editing. Configuration work focused on tenant provisioning, mailbox and account provisioning patterns, Teams channel and SharePoint site architecture, and OneDrive synchronization and sharing policies to enable secure collaboration workflows.
Identity and access were operated through Azure Active Directory within the Microsoft 365 tenant to provision single sign-on, conditional access controls and role based administration. Operational coverage targeted central business functions such as product development, marketing, sales and operations, consolidating communication channels and document repositories under the Microsoft 365 environment.
Governance design included tenant level policy controls for data loss prevention, conditional access rules, SharePoint permission structures and admin role separation, paired with staged user provisioning and change management activities to drive adoption. Microsoft 365 was surfaced on the corporate website and across internal productivity surfaces as the standardized Collaboration stack for the company.

In 2019 Alex Brands implemented StarShip as its Shipping Management solution to support daily shipment documentation, specifically processing Bills of Lading and freight collect orders. The deployment was adopted by operations and warehouse personnel who executed a combination of a manual technique and the StarShip shipping software to generate shipment paperwork and manage freight collect workflows.
StarShip handled core Shipping Management functions including shipment processing, Bill of Lading generation, label printing, and automation of freight collect order handling, while preserving manual checkpoints for documentation accuracy. The implementation produced a hybrid operational model, with logistics teams using StarShip for structured shipment orchestration and retaining manual procedures as a fallback during routine daily BOL processing.
