In 2016, Alfa-Bank Ukraine implemented Temenos T24 as its Core Banking platform. The deployment targeted a bank wide consolidation of core account and ledger processing to support retail and corporate banking operations across branches and central operations.
The Temenos T24 implementation included standard Core Banking modules such as customer information management, deposit accounts, lending and loan servicing, payments and settlements, general ledger, and teller operations. Configuration work emphasized product catalog parameterization, workflow automation for account lifecycle events, and straight through processing capabilities within Temenos T24.
Foranx served as the systems integrator, leading implementation, integration testing, and go live support. Integration scope aligned with typical core banking landscapes and included connections to channel systems including internet and mobile banking, payment processing networks and back office reporting and treasury systems, alongside establishment of centralized release management and governance processes to manage product and configuration changes.
