The implementation focused on core ERP Financial capabilities including multi site finance controls, inventory control, supply chain and production planning modules, and configuration that supports extensibility for future site rollouts. Operational scope covered manufacturing and supply chain functions tied to Alfdex’s crankcase gas separator production and distribution, with the ERP Financial platform instrumenting inventory control and enabling a visualized production plan. The implementation targeted finance, operations and warehouse processes to ensure consistent multi site financial management and supply chain orchestration as Alfdex expanded geographically. Governance centered on maximizing out of the box functionality to reduce project cost and minimize vendor lock in, with BE-terna executing the configuration and rollout strategy. Explicit outcomes from the project include improved ERP functionality, more efficient inventory control and a stabilized back end that positions Alfdex to grow internationally using Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.
