The implementation consolidated point systems into Oracle Cloud ERP to support a global professional services organization with thousands of employees, multicurrency transactions, and multilingual requirements. Integration work focused on accelerating the onboarding of acquired companies into the core platform and providing a single source of financial and HR data for executives and business units.
To govern ongoing operations and quarterly software updates, Alithya developed an automated testing framework called Alithya GoTest to validate Oracle Cloud updates before production deployment. The program achieved a go-live of the Oracle modules in 10 months, and Alithya now offers GoTest as part of its Oracle Cloud projects and managed services.
As a result of the Oracle Cloud ERP implementation, Alithya reported improved visibility across its global organization, higher productivity, enhanced security, and better executive decision-making. The cloud deployment supported uninterrupted remote work during the pandemic, enabled multiple mergers and acquisitions without business disruption, and contributed to double-digit growth while equipping advisors to deliver digital transformation services to clients.
