Benefex, a Zellis Company Legacy Benefex OneHub | Benefits Benefits Administration HCM n/a 2020 2020
In 2020, AliveDx (formerly Quotient) implemented Benefex OneHub | Benefits as part of a coordinated HR systems program. The deployment coincided with a roll out of SuccessFactors HRIS and the HIVE employee survey tool across the company sites in the UK, Switzerland, and the USA, creating a contiguous approach to employee records and benefits administration. Benefex OneHub | Benefits was configured to deliver core Benefits Administration capabilities including benefits enrollment and plan management, employee self-service enrollment and communications, eligibility and rules based coverage processing, and open enrollment orchestration. Configuration emphasized multinational plan templates, eligibility cohorts, and communications workflows to reflect the company operating model across three countries. Operational scope spanned HR operations, payroll adjacency, talent acquisition touchpoints, and benefits governance, with implementation activity led by interim HR leadership and a five person HR operations team. The Benefex implementation was coordinated with the SuccessFactors HRIS roll out to align employee records and role structures for accurate eligibility and enrollment workflows. Governance and process changes were integral to the program, including restructuring of teams across all three sites, rationalisation and alignment of large scale processes and procedures to satisfy SOX and audit requirements, and a deliberate shift from a transactional HR team to a more operational HR proposition. The program also encompassed updates to recruitment strategy and focused team development to sustain benefits administration and ongoing HR operations.
