In 2010 All Japan Line Japan implemented Panasonic Net MajorFlow Z Time as a Time and Attendance solution. The deployment targeted HR and attendance operations across its Japan sites and established electronic time-stamping and vacation management as core operational controls. The implementation used the MajorFlow series attendance management module MajorFlow Time, configured to enable real-time tracking of work performance and automated calculations for attendance and leave. Panasonic Net MajorFlow Z Time provided the application layer for time-stamping, vacation management, attendance recording and automated calculation workflows aligned with Time and Attendance functional terminology. Rollout began in the fall of 2010, and All Japan Line Japan was reported as the first user of MajorFlow Time within the MajorFlow series. Systemization of time-stamping and vacation management was reported to have improved work efficiency and strengthened compliance for HR and attendance functions.
