Operational coverage focused on clinical operations and treatment teams across APN sites, embedding AI-assisted documentation into existing clinician routines within Kipu EMR while governance emphasized phased rollout and clinician acceptance. APN reported that the Eleos Scribe integration supported documentation in centers that had been struggling, producing structured progress note suggestions inside Kipu EMR as part of the documented pilot.
