Integrations and operational governance included direct alignment with corporate ERP for e catalog connectivity, collaboration with Corporate Quality to manage ISO requirements for critical indirect suppliers, and coordinated work with Compliance to update purchasing policies and violation processes. Operational changes included re balancing the team to absorb peak capacity periods and a three year long range plan to automate procure to pay workflows and manage additional spend.
