In 2020, Allegis Group implemented Oracle Cloud ERP as part of a coordinated adoption of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Oracle EPM, and Oracle HCM. The deployment targeted Allegis Group's global back office needs for a professional services firm of roughly 24,500 employees and more than 500 locations, and it explicitly addressed ERP Financial centralization for accounting and reporting.
Allegis configured Oracle Cloud ERP to standardize core financial modules including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and statutory reporting, while Oracle EPM was provisioned for enterprise planning and consolidation and Oracle HCM aligned workforce and payroll records. The implementation emphasized the Oracle Fusion Cloud single data model to consolidate master data, reduce the complexity caused by extensive prior customizations, and enable consistent financial workflows across modules.
The program included a migration from Oracle PeopleSoft into Oracle Fusion Cloud structures and consolidated financial and HR master data into a unified schema to support cross-module transactions and reconciliations. Operational coverage encompassed finance and HR functions across Allegis Group's global footprint, centralizing the chart of accounts and reporting hierarchies to support group level financial close and planning processes.
Governance focused on centralized configuration control and standardized process ownership to limit bespoke extensions that had previously constrained scalability. The stated outcome was to achieve the benefits of operating within a single data model across the back office, positioning Allegis Group to better scale its diversified and increasingly global business.

In 2017 Allegis Group deployed Infinite BrassRing ( Formerly IBM Kenexa BrassRing ) as its Applicant Tracking System. The Infinite BrassRing application is embedded on Allegis Group's public careers site and serves as the primary candidate-facing interface for job listings, application submissions, and initial candidate data capture.
Within the implementation Allegis Group configured standard Applicant Tracking System capabilities including requisition management, candidate tracking, workflow orchestration for screening, interview scheduling, and offer management. The system is used by Talent Acquisition and recruiting teams to centralize candidate records, manage hiring manager approvals, enforce role-based access and recruiting governance, and automate core recruiting workflows consistent with enterprise recruiting operations.

| Microsoft | Legacy | Microsoft Power BI | Analytics and BI | Analytics and BI | n/a | 2013 | 2018 |
In 2013, Allegis Group implemented Microsoft Power BI to establish a centralized Analytics and BI capability for dashboard reporting and operational analytics. Microsoft Power BI was positioned as the front-end visualization and reporting layer consuming enterprise data models and scheduled cube processing outputs.
The implementation integrated with a Microsoft SQL Server based data platform and full ETL pipeline, leveraging SSIS packages configured with the Package configuration wizard, DTS based loads from heterogeneous source systems, and database objects such as stored procedures, triggers, functions and transactions. SSRS was used to author and deliver both paper based and interactive web based reports, while SSAS cubes were partitioned and processed from staging tables using SQL Server Agent to support multidimensional analytics.
Project governance followed SDLC methodologies, with defined business and technical requirements, specifications for coding, unit testing, integration and maintenance, and use of TFS for lifecycle tracking. Database administration tasks included data modeling, backups and recovery, performance tuning using SQL Profiler and Performance Monitor, and routine maintenance activities on MS SQL Server 2008R2 and Windows 2003 Server environments, with data sources that included Oracle 9i and a HealthCare database.
Operational scope covered BI and data engineering teams responsible for daily ETL loads, cube processing, and dashboard delivery, supported by automated error handling and event handlers in SSIS for notifications. The deployment tied Microsoft Power BI, as the Analytics and BI application, to an existing SSIS, SSRS and SSAS architecture to deliver governed reporting workflows and centralized visualization for reporting stakeholders.
