Reporting and analytic outputs were delivered through Discoverer Reporting and Crystal Reports, with Epicor Tropos ERP development and support teams coordinating data extracts and report generation across the application ecosystem.
Governance was structured around designated administrators and incident monitors, combining TrackWise administration duties with Tropos ERP developers and support staff to manage change control, incident triage, and application support. Business functions impacted included manufacturing operations, quality assurance, supply chain, procurement, and finance, with workflows and controls instrumented within Epicor Tropos ERP to support transactional processing and shop floor execution.
