In 2016, AlMansoori implemented SAP S/4 HANA as an ERP Financial solution across AlMansoori Group companies using a Greenfield, end to end S4 HANA Finance on premise approach. The deployment targeted on premise SAP S/4 HANA Finance editions 1511, 1610 and 1709 and focused on core finance and consolidation capabilities for an oil and gas services and manufacturing footprint.
The implementation configured Universal Journal and a Parallel Ledger strategy including leading, non leading and appendix extension ledgers, and deployed New Asset Accounting and FIORI apps for Account Based CO-PA. Core configuration work included New General Ledger design, document splitting, chart of accounts segmentation for revenue, expense, asset, liability and equity, product costing for make to stock and make to order, cost center planning and allocations, profit centers for segmental reporting, and internal orders for settlement and budgeting.
Functional integrations were executed with SAP SD, MM, PS, PP, HR, ETM and DMS modules, and integration GL assignments were defined for procure to pay goods and services flows, order to cash trading and services flows, and payroll accounting. Treasury and bank processing included electronic bank statements MT 940 and manual bank statement handling, cash journals and vendor and customer down payment flows, while fixed asset processes covered acquisition with purchase order and non purchase order routes, transfers and asset splits.
Program governance encompassed requirement gathering workshops across FICO, FSCM and BPC, blueprinting, proof of concept and gap documentation, and business process improvement sessions. Cutover and master data migration used BAPI and BDC tools to load GL masters, cost centers, profit centers, functional areas, sub ledger fixed assets and AR AP open balances and trial balance, with sequenced period end activity execution. Testing deliverables included test script preparation, unit, integration and user acceptance testing, accompanied by end user training and user manual preparation, and reporting and automation components incorporated Power BI reporting and robotics process automation.

In 2013, AlMansoori implemented SAP HCM (HR) as its Core HR solution to centralize HR and payroll operations across the organization. The deployment targeted Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management and Payroll modules to support core HR and payroll business functions.
Implementation activity included configuration of SAP ESS/MSS, localized SAP HCM (HR) payroll configuration to comply with laws of the land, and the design and documentation of functional specifications covering input and output requirements. The project executed test scenarios and test scripts, conducted application training for end users, and produced user manuals for Oracle eRecruitment, SAP HC/Payroll and SAP ESS/MSS applications.
Integrations and operational coverage included administration and support of the Talent Management System Oracle Taleo Business Edition and implementation of eRecruitment workflows integrated into SAP HCM. Ongoing operational support was provided through a service desk and ITSM processes, with formal requirements gathering, business process document reviews and stakeholder communication about recruitment, HC operations and payroll impacts.
Governance and process work emphasized recommending controls, improving procedures, maintaining confidentiality of recruitment and payroll information and assuming responsibility for timely completion of project tasks. The project pipeline included plans to implement SAP Travel Management, a Performance Management System and a Learning Solution Management rollout across 34 companies within and outside UAE based on business requirements gathered.
