In 2024 AlphaPlan implemented Dstny Business Communications as a web-embedded contact layer on its corporate website, deploying a Call Center capability to support customer service and sales interactions. AlphaPlan is a Belgium based manufacturing firm with roughly 300 employees, and the Dstny Business Communications deployment is positioned as the primary online voice and messaging channel for external customer inquiries.
Dstny Business Communications was configured to provide standard Call Center functional modules including inbound call routing, departmental queues, agent presence and desktop tools, web click-to-call and browser-based telephony. The implementation uses the Dstny Business Communications web widget to capture site-originated sessions and route them into agent workflows, aligning with typical call handling, queuing and interactive voice response style flows used by contact centers.
Operational coverage is focused on customer service and sales teams, with calls and web sessions delivered to named departmental queues and agent consoles, and system administration controlled through a centralized cloud portal. Telephony is handled via browser real time communications and SIP based session management, keeping the architecture consistent with cloud hosted Call Center deployments and enabling remote agent access.
Governance was implemented through role based access and centralized administration inside Dstny Business Communications, enabling supervisors to provision users, configure routing rules and manage queues. The deployment centers on website driven engagement, integrating front line business functions with a single vendor platform, and scales configuration in line with the companys manufacturing support and sales contact needs.
