The program included development and operation of internal data transcoding and ETL tools using Access and Talend to standardize data flows, and explicit responsibility for accounting and treasury interfaces. Integrations and operational coverage were explicit and multi-system. The environment operated alongside the CEGID taxation and ETAFI portal and provided level 1 and level 2 support relationships with SAGE FRP Reporting, commercial management software, and SAP BPC and BOFC. The production function managed remote transmission of multi company tax returns for 400 companies and produced periodic and annual brochures for 150 companies, supporting finance, tax, treasury and e-invoicing business functions. Governance reflected a build and run operating model with deployment, training, administration and level 1 and level 2 support under a dedicated team. A manager oversaw a team of three technicians, internal training, scheduling and hotline redirection, and acted as technical referent and main contact for publishers and support and R D. Routine operations included SQL extraction for committee reporting and daily and team points to govern change and incidents.
