In 2019 Amana implemented Oracle Cloud ERP as an ERP Financial initiative across its construction and real estate operations in the United Arab Emirates. The deployment targeted integrated finance and operational processes for an organization of approximately 8000 employees, centering on Oracle Fusion Financials, Oracle Fusion Procurement, Oracle Fusion Projects, and Oracle Fusion SCM including manufacturing, planning, quality, and cost management.
The implementation included detailed system design and development of configuration for Oracle Cloud ERP with a focus on financials and project costing, contracts, and billing workflows. Responsibilities covered development of validation scripts, testing scenarios and test scripts for all configurations, reports specification development and deployment, and configuration and support of a mobile application for field and project users.
Amana developed and managed interfaces and data conversion programs to integrate Oracle Cloud ERP with other programs, and executed functional and technical design workshops to validate configuration and data setups. The program explicitly included identification of Oracle Fusion ERP functionality gaps and construction of application extensions to address them, along with troubleshooting and post go-live support to stabilize integrations.
Governance workstreams emphasized mapping and redesigning business processes to align to Oracle Fusion ERP modules using a standardized implementation methodology. The team documented process maps, controls, know how and capabilities, and led training and rollout activities while proactively tracking known issues and design constraints to support steady state operations.

In 2019, AMANA Group implemented Oracle Cloud HCM in the Core HR category as part of a broader adoption of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications Suite that also included Oracle Cloud EPM. The initiative was positioned to modernize HR and finance operations and to provide a scalable cloud foundation to support AMANA Group’s regional expansion and a growing distributed workforce.
The Oracle Cloud HCM deployment emphasizes Core HR capabilities including goal-setting, performance management and benefits management, delivered through an integrated HR platform designed to provide one source of truth for HR data and to unify processes across the employee lifecycle. The implementation leverages embedded artificial intelligence and digital assistant capabilities in Oracle Cloud HCM to enable smart HR workflows and continuous functional updates from vendor quarterly releases.
AMANA’s program explicitly ties Cloud HCM to Oracle Cloud EPM to create an integrated finance and HR data model, securing a consolidated view of budgets, revenue, salaries, bonuses, commissions and benefits. Operational coverage spans HR and finance functions supporting AMANA’s commercial and industrial design-build operations across its home region as well as expansion activity in Africa and Southeast Asia, enabling cross-functional decision support and more automated reporting.
Governance and process realignment focused on simplifying business processes and making people-related processes transparent and always available regardless of location, with controls to centralize HR data and align performance, compensation and benefits workflows. The combined Oracle Cloud HCM and Oracle Cloud EPM approach is described by AMANA leadership as a way to optimize finance and HR processes, reduce costs and accelerate decision-making in response to changing market demands.

In 2022, Group AMANA engaged KrypC to deploy the Krypcore Web3 Platform as a Blockchain Platform to tokenize Renewable Energy Certificates for Amana Solar and to support sustainability and ESG workflows in the Middle East. The implementation centers on KrypC's CarbonCore marketplace, a Hedera based carbon trading environment, and the Krypcore Web3 Platform is inferred as the underlying Web3 and tokenization layer used to issue and track RECs on chain.
The deployment focused on tokenization and on chain issuance capabilities, with configuration of smart contract driven REC tokens, metadata schemas for certificate attributes, and an on chain registry to record provenance and transfer events. Functional modules implemented include token lifecycle management, automated issuance workflows for renewable energy certificates, and marketplace listing capabilities provided by CarbonCore, aligned to common Blockchain Platform tokenization patterns.
Operational scope covered Amana Solar sustainability and ESG teams within Group AMANA and the regional REC market in the Middle East, with the KrypC CarbonCore marketplace acting as the trading and discovery layer. Governance changes emphasized digitized issuance workflows and on chain auditability to support certificate verification and compliance oriented reporting, shifting REC custody and transfer processes to token based records.
The stated objective of the engagement was to tokenize RECs and streamline REC issuance and tracking using KrypC technology, positioning the Krypcore Web3 Platform and CarbonCore marketplace to centralize REC lifecycle management and on chain transparency for Group AMANA's renewable energy assets.
