In 2017, AMC Theatres implemented Oracle E-Business Suite as its ERP Financial platform to centralize accounting applications and formalize application architecture, standards, and governance. The implementation was scoped to provide functional design, development, execution, compliance, and ongoing management for core accounting processes and enterprise class Oracle ERP architectures.
Oracle E-Business Suite was configured and administered across a broad set of modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Purchasing, Project Accounting and Billing, Expenses including Internet Expenses, Property Management, Sub ledger Accounting, and Tax. The program leveraged Oracle Applications R12 and earlier 11i knowledge for functional implementation and technical development, and the Finance Manager ERP Systems role owned functional design and development for these modules.
Operationally the deployment ran in a hosted infrastructure with a managed service delivery model, supporting day to day operations for the ten accounting ERP functions. The team collaborated with accounting stakeholders, internal clients, and external consultants to translate business requirements into functional requirements, and to integrate Oracle E-Business Suite with enterprise wide business processes while maintaining documentation and operational procedures.
Governance emphasized architecture integrity, best practices, and standardization at the project program and enterprise level, including change and patch management, instance management, SDLC controls, security, testing, and operational policies and procedures. Organizationally the effort included Oracle Applications team planning and development, leadership of Oracle Applications developers to enforce governance and the use of enterprise toolsets, and facilitation between business and technical teams with an expectation of Oracle developer or architect certification progress and extensive Oracle development and functional implementation experience.

| ComScore | Legacy | Hollywood Distributor | Distribution ERP | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018, AMC Theatres implemented ComScore Hollywood Distributor as its Distribution ERP for box office and exhibition reporting in the United States. AMC cites box office and market share information obtained from ComScore in its SEC filings and annual reports, showing the application s role in finance and operational analysis.
Use of ComScore Hollywood Software Suite modules such as EMS, Swift and TDS is inferred from AMC s reliance on ComScore box office data and the vendor s industry offerings, aligning with Distribution ERP capabilities for daily box office ingestion, consolidated exhibition reporting, and market share calculations. Hollywood Distributor appears to have been configured to centralize exhibition reporting and produce the standardized data sets referenced in corporate filings.
The deployment supported finance and operational analysis workflows across AMC s United States exhibition operations, with data feeds and reporting cadence integrated into corporate reporting processes. Governance emphasis in filings centers on data ingestion schedules and reporting ownership within finance and operations to maintain consistency for external SEC reporting and internal exhibition analysis.
