HR teams were enabled to build and iterate mobile apps without writing code, shifting operational workflows toward self service and analytics driven decision making. Reported outcomes include trusted HR data and greater team member confidence in HR activities, autonomous local decision making by global staff, elimination of HR payroll errors, accelerated recruiting throughput, and faster resolution by the team member service center. SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central will continue to be extended to deliver deeper team member insight and broader HR services.
