Operational usage documented between April 2017 and July 2017 shows staff filling customer and client orders, putting parts into inventory physically and into Epicor, packaging and packing out orders for shipment, and loading trucks using a forklift. The implementation centered on warehouse and distribution business functions, standardizing pick pack and ship workflows and enforcing transaction level recording inside Epicor Eagle Inventory Management. Governance emphasized operational handoffs between receiving, inventory control, and shipping teams, with inventory transaction discipline recorded in the application to support ongoing warehouse operations.
