Operational coverage extended across Amica residences in Canada and targeted HR and operations departments, consolidating content ownership and standardizing compliance processes. The initiative moved thousands of incident reports into online workflows and centralized the content repository used by regional operations teams. Governance changes established centralized policy ownership and formal approval routing to enforce consistent reviewers and signoffs. As a result of workflow automation and electronic forms, approval cycle times were reduced from six to eight weeks to within a day, and incident reporting was transitioned to online workflows, improving timeliness and traceability for HR Compliance and operational teams.
