In 2017 Amplitude Surgical implemented Premium-RH from Asys Group as its Talent Management application to centralize payroll and social data management. The deployment targeted the HR function and payroll processes in the company operating out of the Region of Valence, France, with the Premium-RH implementation supporting routine HR administration across managers, directors, HR and occupational health stakeholders.
Premium-RH was configured to handle core payroll and social data workflows, including collection of variable pay elements from managers and directors, calculation of profit sharing and participation and various bonuses, and the establishment of employment contracts and amendments. The implementation also supported processing of all types of departures, opening and follow-up of pension, retirement and sickness files including therapeutic part time cases, and follow-up of medical visits, reflecting Talent Management functional coverage for employee lifecycle and compliance tasks.
Operational integrations and coverage included an outsourced payroll relationship coordinated through Premium-RH and internal input workflows to gather variable compensation data from managers and directors. The system was used to prepare DPAE filings and to manage NAO data, the gender equality index and DARES survey inputs, demonstrating compliance and reporting capabilities tied to French social requirements.
Governance around the rollout was executed as an HRIS project with Premium-RH as the selected HRIS, including a pilot for electronic CSE elections and ongoing KPI management for absenteeism, turnover and payroll indicators.
