Governance changes included enforced work order management rules, scheduled weekly releases, and cross functional BOM and ECO review cadences to align build plans with installed capacity. The implementation explicitly targeted reducing WIP in the production line to optimum levels and managing finished goods inventory while supporting customer weekly and monthly shipment requirements. Ongoing operational responsibilities included work order management, inventory reconciliation with shipping and production, and generation of reports to meet customer and internal operations needs.
