Governance and rollout responsibilities centered on training loan operations specialists and lending staff on software updates and enhancements, maintaining workflow forms and checklists within the system, managing user security access, and serving as the department liaison during external audits, loan reviews and regulatory examinations. Ongoing program governance required monitoring compliance with bank policies and regulatory rules, documenting procedures in writing, and coordinating with system providers to verify enhancements and train staff on changes.
