The deployment supported the rollout of a new scheduling tool for planned maintenance by providing a consistent conferencing and collaboration layer for pilot sessions, training, and cross-functional backlog reviews at the Lincoln site. Governance and process changes centered on meeting cadences and planner coordination, the Tactical Planner role used Cisco Webex Meetings to liaise with maintenance managers and manage incoming work based on availability. The implementation focused on embedding Audio Video and Web Conferencing into planning and maintenance workflows to improve synchronous decision making during the scheduling tool rollout.
