Anglo Tunisian Oil & Gas implemented Infor SunSystems in 2018 as its core ERP Financial platform to consolidate accounts, meet multi-currency requirements and support both UK and Tunisian financial and tax regulations. The implementation addressed a finance and business management remit that spans ATOG’s UK corporate office and operational exposure across seven Tunisian blocks, five of which are fully operated by ATOG and the remainder operated by ENI.
Infor SunSystems was configured to provide automated consolidated accounting, multi-currency and multi-language capabilities, and withholding tax compliance. The solution suite included Infor Q&A for advanced financial and operational reporting, PAMTD to maintain an audit trail between VAT submissions and source transactions, and BankLinks for Business B4B for two-way electronic funds transfer integration with banks. Infor SunSystems was integrated with HxGN EAM formerly Infor EAM to streamline invoice processing and vendor management, and Infor OS including ION and Ming.le was used to orchestrate invoice approval workflows in line with the company Delegation of Authority.
Progressive TSL served as the implementation partner, delivering a phased, fast-track rollout that balanced rapid month-end capability with evolving post-acquisition processes. The delivery approach included design workshops, user acceptance testing and training, and was adapted to remote delivery via MS Teams during COVID restrictions to maintain momentum and achieve Go-Live during lockdown. Progressive TSL’s multilingual team supported French-speaking users in Tunisia and facilitated cross-functional engagement across finance and operational teams.
Governance was embedded through configured approval workflows in Ming.le aligned to the Delegation of Authority and through PAMTD and B4B which preserved auditability of VAT submissions and bank payments. Operational coverage centered on the Finance function and executive approvers, while integrations with HxGN EAM extended automated invoice posting into asset and vendor management processes. Reported outcomes from the implementation include faster month-end accounting, improved usability for the finance team, automated transactional processing that freed finance staff for more strategic work, and a multi-currency multi-language platform that supports ATOG’s growth.

| Hexagon | Legacy | HxGN EAM (Ex. Infor EAM) | Enterprise Asset Management | ERP Services and Operations | Progressive TSL | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018, Anglo Tunisian Oil & Gas implemented HxGN EAM (Ex. Infor EAM) as its Enterprise Asset Management solution to centralize asset and maintenance related workflows and to integrate with its new finance stack. Following acquisitions in Tunisia in 2019 the company consolidated a best of breed finance and asset management architecture, selecting Infor SunSystems integrated with HxGN EAM to meet multi currency and multi language requirements and to adhere to both UK and Tunisian financial and taxation regulations.
The HxGN EAM (Ex. Infor EAM) deployment emphasized core EAM capabilities including automated invoice processing, vendor management and asset maintenance orchestration, configured to exchange transactional data with the financial ledger. Complementary modules implemented included Infor SunSystems for automated consolidated accounts and tax rule handling, Infor Q&A for advanced financial and operational reporting, PAMTD to automate the link between SunSystems and HMRC, and BankLinks for Business to provide two way bank connectivity for electronic funds transfers and improved payment auditability.
Integrations were explicit and bi directional, HxGN EAM was tightly integrated with Infor SunSystems to streamline invoice to ledger flows and vendor payment processing, while Infor OS components ION and Ming.le enabled approvals workflow consistent with the company Delegation of Authority and mobile approvals for executives. The implementation supported multi currency operations including Tunisian Dollars, US Dollars, Pounds Sterling and Euros, and was scoped to address both the UK and Tunisian business practices required by ATOG.
Progressive TSL served as the implementation partner, delivering a flexible phased approach that aligned with post acquisition process changes. The rollout included localized training delivered by multi lingual consultants, phased user acceptance testing UAT and remote workshops, and the project team adapted delivery and training to remote collaboration tools such as MS Teams so the client could go live during COVID 19 restrictions. Progressive TSL continued to provide ongoing support across the full implementation lifecycle.
ATOG reported explicit operational outcomes from the combined HxGN EAM and SunSystems solution, including faster month end accounting, a system the finance team finds easy to use, and streamlined automated processing that freed finance resources to focus on strategic tasks. The multi currency and multi language configuration was implemented to support ongoing business growth across its Tunisian assets and UK reporting requirements.
