Membership Management Services Legacy MM2000 Membership Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2007 2008
In 2007, Anshe Emet implemented MM2000, a Membership Management application, to manage membership records for the synagogue in Chicago, United States. The deployment included the MMOnTheWeb member portal to provide online self service, online payments, event registration and donations workflows tied to the congregational membership database. The implementation explicitly used the MMOnTheWeb portal and the event and registration module from MM2000, configured to support member profile management, event calendars and registration workflows, and online donation processing. The MMOnTheWeb member portal served as the web front end working with the MM2000 backend to centralize member data and transaction records. Broekman launched the MMOnTheWeb interface in collaboration with Membership Management Services, reflecting a partner delivered portal rollout alongside the MM2000 application. Operational scope for the implementation included membership administration, events management and development or fundraising functions within the synagogue. The rollout improved member self service and fundraising workflows according to project notes, by enabling online registration and donation capabilities through MMOnTheWeb alongside MM2000. Governance and operational change focused on shifting member interactions to the portal and consolidating event and donation processes into the Membership Management application.
