The program worked directly with ERP, CRM, database management, ServiceNow, and HRIS managers to map process challenges and to layer Celonis AP Automation on top of those application landscapes for discovery and orchestration. Governance and delivery were formalized through an in-house Automation Center of Excellence and an Automation Governance Model, with centralized ownership for infrastructure, analytics, and process mining. A cross-functional delivery model was established, led by the Global Practice Head and a team of Data Analytics Engineers, Process Mining specialists, RPA and automation developers, infra architects, and process analysts, supported by staff augmentation in on-site and offshore models to control implementation cost. Outcomes reported from the Celonis AP Automation implementation include a reduction in identified process variance from 62 percent to 15 percent within P2P and Accounts Payable, generating more than 500000 in documented savings. The program delivered over 45 automations within 14 months, saving approximately 15000 hours per year and projecting a 200 percent ROI over three years, while the rapid infra deployment enabled delivery of 10 large automations within eight months.
