The rollout operated across mine operations and involved phased configuration of the integrated EAM data model and crossfunctional process alignment between operational maintenance teams and HR related records. Governance reflected a companywide rollout sequence over approximately 15 months, with configuration to support integrated workforce and maintenance processes and to centralize employee master data inside the Ellipse platform.
