In 2021 Anticimex implemented IFS ERP to centralize financial and operational control across its rapidly expanding services business. The deployment is positioned under the ERP Financial category and responds to growth driven by organic expansion and more than 80 acquisitions that created a fragmented IT landscape requiring consolidation.
The IFS ERP implementation leverages IFS Financials and IFS Field Service Management as core modules, augmented by IFS.ai and the IFS IoT Business Connector to ingest telemetry from Anticimex SMART traps. Functional capabilities include integrated financial management, route-based service planning, workforce scheduling, IFS.ai Planning & Scheduling Optimization for automated routing, and field reporting via handheld mobile solutions, together with IoT-enabled device lifecycle telemetry and trigger-based dispatch.
Operational coverage highlights Sweden and Finland where IFS solutions have been long established and are being upgraded, while the platform underpins service operations across Anticimex’s 17-country footprint and supports some 3,000 to 3,500 field technicians working at customer sites. Anticimex is planning a phased migration of systems into the cloud, with the IFS ERP implementation providing the core financial and operational backbone for route optimization and field service orchestration.
Governance and rollout have focused on adopting IFS as a preferred standardized solution to reduce fragmentation, centralize financial controls and orchestrate field service workflows. Explicit outcomes reported include reduced unnecessary technician travel through IoT-driven routing, improved battery and device lifecycle management, faster directed dispatch to triggered devices, and tighter alignment between field operations and ERP Financial reporting.

In 2021 Anticimex implemented Benify Benefits as its Benefits Administration solution. Benify Benefits is deployed on Anticimex's website to provide an employee-facing benefits portal and enrollment channel for approximately 10,000 employees.
Benify Benefits at Anticimex was configured to expose core Benefits Administration capabilities including employee self-service enrollment, a centralized benefit catalog, configurable eligibility and lifecycle workflows, and administrative consoles for benefit program configuration. The implementation uses reporting and audit interfaces to support benefits governance and compliance workflows.
Operational ownership for Benify Benefits is centered in HR, with role-based access controls and workflow automation to manage enrollments and plan changes, while the web deployment positions the Benify Benefits portal as the primary employee communication and selection interface. Data export and reporting mechanisms are used to support downstream HR processes and ongoing benefits administration.

| IFS | Legacy | IFS Field Service Management (FSM) | Field Service Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2021 | 2022 |
In 2021 Anticimex implemented IFS Field Service Management (FSM) to standardize field operations across its rapidly expanding pest control, hygiene and inspection services. The deployment targeted Field Service Management capabilities to support a highly distributed workforce, including the company’s 3,000 to 3,500 field technicians, and to address operational fragmentation created by rapid organic growth and more than 80 acquisitions.
The implementation centered on configuring IFS Field Service Management to deliver route-based services, workforce scheduling and mobile handheld workflows so technicians can remain in the field while filing reports. The rollout incorporated IFS.ai Planning & Scheduling Optimization to enable automated routing and scheduling, and standardized mobile data capture and task orchestration as core functional modules.
Anticimex integrated its proprietary Anticimex SMART traps, sensors and cameras with the IFS platform using the IFS IoT Business Connector, enabling event driven alerts and trap status to flow into IFS.ai across Finland. The solution fed route and work order prioritization logic so technicians receive optimized visit lists, and in Finland the FSM implementation operates alongside IFS Financials reflecting a connected operational to financial record flow. Sweden continues to run a fully integrated IFS ERP estate, and Anticimex has signaled upgrades and a phased move to cloud for broader harmonization.
Governance focused on consolidating tooling and operational processes to reduce IT fragmentation and to make IFS a preferred standard across acquired entities. Process changes revolved around preventive service models, sensor driven dispatching, and centralized scheduling governance to shift technician activity from reactive site visits to data prioritized field interventions.
Explicit outcomes include reduced unnecessary travel through remote trap monitoring, clearer technician task prioritization so teams know exactly which traps to service, and improved battery management by analyzing device power patterns to determine replacement versus recharge decisions. Anticimex is also pursuing expanded automated routing and workforce scheduling using IFS.ai Planning & Scheduling Optimization as the next stage of its Field Service Management program.
