Operational governance encompassed outsourcing of specific business functions, divestiture support for a business unit, and vendor management for outsourced activities, with cross-functional coordination between Finance, Procurement, HR, Real Estate operations, and Facilities. Technical governance relied on deep knowledge of Oracle Applications database architecture, PL/SQL driven integrations, and documented API patterns to maintain extensibility and control over ongoing configuration and integration work.
