| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle E-Business Suite | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2012 | 2012 |
In 2012, Anywhere implemented Oracle E-Business Suite as its ERP Financial platform. The initial deployment established core financial processing with Oracle E-Business Suite, and subsequent lifecycle activity included an application upgrade path to 12.2 and stabilization on Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2.9.
The implementation concentrated on Financials and Procurement functional modules, explicitly covering General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets, with configuration work aligned to Oracle EBS module schemas and standard API usage. The Technology Lead developed strategies to leverage out-of-the-box functionality, implemented Oracle Workflow and Oracle BI Publisher for document generation, and architected RESTful API capabilities to extend Oracle E-Business Suite integration surfaces.
Architecturally the environment included an Oracle database upgrade to 19c and use of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, with middleware and integration orchestration via Oracle Integration Cloud and bespoke REST and SOAP services. The Oracle E-Business Suite implementation was integrated with Coupa for procurement, Hyperion EPM for planning, Concur for employee expenses, Blackline for reconciliations, Costar for real estate data, Kenexa for onboarding, Bloomberg for exchange rates, Engie for utility bill payment, and OnSolve for emergency alerting, and the data estate interfaced with PostgreSQL and Snowflake for analytics and reporting.
Operational governance encompassed outsourcing of specific business functions, divestiture support for a business unit, and vendor management for outsourced activities, with cross-functional coordination between Finance, Procurement, HR, Real Estate operations, and Facilities. Technical governance relied on deep knowledge of Oracle Applications database architecture, PL/SQL driven integrations, and documented API patterns to maintain extensibility and control over ongoing configuration and integration work.

In 2021, Anywhere deployed Infinite BrassRing ( Formerly IBM Kenexa BrassRing ) as its Applicant Tracking System to centralize early career and mid-level recruitment workflows across its brokerage and Escrow and Title brands. The implementation targeted support for Coldwell Banker and Sotheby’s brokerage brands and multiple Escrow and Title brands, with operational coverage in New England, Florida, Ohio, California, and Idaho territories.
The configuration focused on requisition management, structured candidate pipelining, offer letter generation, and onboarding initiation through Infinite BrassRing ( Formerly IBM Kenexa BrassRing ). Recruiter workflows incorporated behavioral phone screening and evaluation templates, and candidate pools were formalized into named gold and silver medal pipelines to ensure consistent talent flow. The ATS was used to originate and store candidate records, to document interview panel feedback, and to trigger offer and onboarding steps.
Sourcing and intake workflows were aligned with external channels, with targeted sourcing strategies implemented via LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed and Eightfold AI used to calibrate inbound applicant flow and mine historical applicant data. Hiring managers, interview panels, and HR business partners were integrated into BrassRing driven workflow approvals and offer negotiation touchpoints, and hiring teams used one to one sourcing sessions to expand referral pipelines from employee LinkedIn networks.
Governance emphasized stakeholder enablement and process standardization, with Talent Acquisition partners guiding hiring managers through interview best practices, ideal candidate profiling, and selection decisions. Operational outcomes recorded during the engagement included an average of 5 hires per month, an average time to fill of 48 days from requisition open to new hire start date, and a 35% diversity hire rate.

The deployment was positioned to support People Analytics, Data Science and Strategy functions in service of the company workforce and the broader agent network that spans roughly 119 countries and territories.
