In 2019 AdvancedPCB implemented Sage Intacct as its ERP Financial platform, converting from Intuit QuickBooks Enterprise. The deployment established a cloud native Sage Intacct environment to centralize financial management for the manufacturing company in the United States.
Sage Intacct was configured to support core financial management workflows including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, dimensional accounting and financial reporting. The implementation included a chart of accounts redesign and automated period close workflows consistent with ERP Financial best practices. Configuration emphasized multi entity consolidation to align corporate and statutory reporting.
Data migration activities converted transactional history and master records from Intuit QuickBooks Enterprise into Sage Intacct, preserving accounting mappings and opening balances. Integrations were scoped to maintain transactional continuity while the finance organization assumed ownership of the new cloud system. Operational coverage focused on corporate finance and accounting teams, replacing desktop based processes with centralized, role based access controls.
Governance changes established standardized financial close controls, role based security, and documented month end procedures within Sage Intacct. Training and staged rollouts aligned accounting teams to the new ERP Financial workflows and operational cadence.

AdvancedPCB implemented ADP Workforce Now in 2015 to centralize Core HR functions across its multi-site manufacturing footprint, including the Santa Clara headquarters, two Southern California sites, and a Wallingford Connecticut facility. The deployment targeted HR administration and compliance to support site-level HR Generalists responsible for local personnel processes and policy enforcement.
ADP Workforce Now was configured to manage benefits administration including open enrollment, new hire eligibility, enrollment changes and terminations, time and attendance workflows for timecards and PTO requests, payroll and status change processing, onboarding and applicant tracking activities such as posting positions, scheduling interviews and tracking applicant status, and administration of performance review processes and training compliance reporting. These functional capabilities reflect the Core HR scope required by HR Generalists for daily casework and workforce administration.
The implementation incorporated explicit compliance and verification workflows, with the corporate facility completing I-9 verification using e-Verify and HR Generalists submitting online investigation requests and completing background verifications. Operational integration points documented in the environment include coordination between HR and EH&S for workers compensation case documentation and shared reporting to ensure employee files meet state, local and federal standards.
Governance focused on role-aligned operational controls and process ownership, assigning HR Generalists to enforce policies, process required documents for accurate recordkeeping and deductions, respond to employee inquiries, and produce requested reports. The rollout emphasized centralized employee record management, standardized onboarding and offboarding procedures, and compliance workflows for I-9 and benefits administration to support multi-division HR operations under ADP Workforce Now.
