Data migration and integrations were executed by extracting data from multiple legacy sources, consolidating, cleansing, transforming and loading financial master data and transactional journals into Workday. The program delivered custom integrations and configured cloud connectors for the Journal connector, procurement flows, bank connectivity and third party vendor interfaces, establishing a connector-centric integration layer to feed central journal processing and bank reconciliation.
Governance and operational controls were established through configured business processes, posting rules and reporting artifacts, aligning finance, procurement and treasury workflows under the Workday Financial Management deployment. The implementation narrative reflects operational consolidation of finance, supplier and treasury functions into a single ERP Financial platform with integrated reporting and connector-based integration architecture.
