In 2016 APTIM implemented Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne HCM to centralize Core HR capabilities across its professional services operations. The deployment targeted core human capital management workflows, with explicit coverage of timekeeping and payroll-adjacent functions to support project accounting and field labor tracking for site-based projects.
The implementation connected Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne HCM with enterprise finance and billing processes managed in JD EnterpriseOne, including timekeeping in JD Edwards and Accounts Receivable review and follow up within the JD EnterpriseOne environment. Client billing and client invoicing were executed through JD EnterpriseOne with data entry workflows to client sites that use TRACK and GEP, and invoice submittals routed through ARIBA as well as Oildex Open Invoice channels, reflecting an integrated operational pattern between Core HR time records and downstream billing ledgers.
Operational scope included project accounting and billing workflows that supported site-level invoicing for major energy clients, with hands-on activity linked to Baton Rouge operations and site data entry to Phillips 66, ExxonMobil, Chevron, and Valero contracts. Business functions impacted included HR, project accounting, accounts receivable, and billing, and governance involved Leadership Team management support for AR and timekeeping processes to align HR time capture with client invoicing workflows.
