In 2018, Arcadia implemented Paradox Traitify to provide Talent Assessment capability. Arcadia uses Paradox Traitify on their public careers site at https://arcadia.traitify.com/, embedding Traitify's candidate-facing assessment experience directly into the web hiring flow.
Paradox Traitify was configured to deliver visual, short-form assessments that generate candidate personality profiles and standardized scorecards for use in screening. Functional capabilities focused on candidate-facing assessment delivery, automated profile generation, and recruiter-facing candidate assessment summaries, aligning with Talent Assessment workflows.
Operational scope centers on recruiting and talent acquisition within Arcadia's HR organization in the United States, with the assessment engine servicing candidate flows on the corporate careers site. Assessment outputs are consumed by recruiters and hiring managers as part of established candidate evaluation workflows rather than being described as tied to a specific downstream hiring system.
Governance and process changes were centered in HR and talent acquisition, who retained responsibility for assessment configuration, question set curation, candidate communication, and operational ownership of screening criteria. Paradox Traitify provided the hosted assessment infrastructure while Arcadia managed rollout sequencing on the careers site and day to day assessment governance.
