The solution functioned as a centralized warehouse for finance and operations reporting, with standardized BI content and governed data models for downstream consumption.
Governance and rollout were organized under a SAP and BI leader, coordinator and architect, managing multicultural teams across Belgium, Poland, France, Spain, Italy and Romania with delivery resources in India. The program emphasized a centralized BI strategy aligned to the backoffice consolidation, standardizing reporting models and embedding planning workflows in BPC during staged regional onboarding.
