The Oracle NetSuite ERP deployment centered on ERP Financial capabilities, providing a unified platform for general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed asset accounting, multi-currency ledgers, and statutory reporting workflows.
Configuration work emphasized multi-entity financial management and consolidation, including intercompany accounting controls, multi-book accounting and automated period close sequencing. Functional modules implemented included general ledger configuration, subledger processing for AP and AR, fixed asset register and depreciation engines, and financial reporting toolsets to support corporate and regional close cycles.
The solution was provisioned on a cloud-based architecture to support centralized governance and distributed regional finance teams, with role-based access controls and standardized chart of accounts to enforce consistency. Rollout activities focused on aligning month-end close processes, operationalizing intercompany reconciliation standards and instituting governance checkpoints for accounting policy and audit readiness across the finance function.
