The engagement is framed to accelerate the scaling of Archer’s aircraft manufacturing capabilities and to develop software for critical aviation systems, explicitly targeting air traffic control, movement control and route planning. Deployment architecture centers on a combined Foundry data layer and AIP model orchestration tier, configured to span Archer’s manufacturing and operational environments. The Palantir AIP Platform will be used to build generative AI workflows, model management and data integration pipelines that connect engineering, production planning and operational telemetry, while Palantir Foundry supplies the enterprise data fusion and governance backbone. Integrations are scoped to Archer’s facilities in Georgia and Silicon Valley, with the implementation intended to link manufacturing systems, production scheduling and operational decisioning to the AIP Platform and Foundry data fabric. Archer and Palantir will work in parallel to engineer software components for route planning, movement control and air traffic control augmentation, aligning model outputs with aircraft manufacturing processes and operational control flows. Governance is being formalized through a partnership agreement announced at Palantir’s AIPCon, establishing joint development and deployment controls, data stewardship and phased rollouts across sites.
