In 2016, Ardent Hire implemented inspHire Corporate for Lease Management. The deployment followed a merger and was rolled out across the business in the United Kingdom to manage rental operations, customer service workflows, purchase orders and timesheets.
The implementation configured core modules including timesheet capture, cross-hire orchestration, purchase order processing and rental fleet operational controls. The vendor states the timesheet and cross-hire functions save the team significant time, about two days per week. inspHire Corporate was configured to centralize order-to-rent workflows and to support both field technicians and office-based service coordinators.
Operational coverage extended across Ardent Hire's operations, customer service, procurement and field teams within the UK. Governance shifted toward centralized process ownership for purchase orders and timesheet approval, standardizing workflows and reducing manual reconciliation across sites.
The enterprise-wide rollout positioned inspHire Corporate as Ardent Hire's primary Lease Management platform for rental and service processes, with explicit module use in timesheet and cross-hire and broader corporate module adoption inferred from the scope of the deployment. Operational ownership was established within operations and service management to maintain configured workflows and ongoing system use.
